How do I cancel SweetChat Plus?

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SweetChat. Turn off the subscription at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Stars or Plus but don't see them.

In the app, open the Plus or Stars screen and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Still missing? Email us.

Are the characters real?

No. Every character is fictional and their replies are written by AI.

A character said something inappropriate.

Characters are AI and can make mistakes. Email us with the character's name and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. See how account deletion works.
