Delete your account

You can delete your SweetChat account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open SweetChat and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Choose a reason, review what will be deleted, then press and hold Delete my account.

By email

Can't access the app? Email support@getsweetchat.app from the email linked to your Apple ID with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, name and photo
All matches and every conversation
Your Stars balance (Stars can't be refunded)

Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days. We keep only records we're legally required to keep, such as purchase records.

Subscriptions keep billing until you cancel them. Deleting your account doesn't cancel SweetChat Plus. Cancel first in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
